Water-based press processing fluid "Nano Cure Press STP-G1"

Since it does not contain oil, it can improve working conditions such as skin irritation, unpleasant odors, oil mist, and stickiness.

The "Nano-Cube Press STP-G1" is a water-based press processing fluid that incorporates nano-carbon as a solid lubricant. The spherical nano-carbon, which has high lubricating power, enters between the mold and the workpiece and rolls around, reducing friction and wear. Additionally, since it is water-based, it can be removed with water-soluble cleaning agents. It also has no flash point and does not fall under the hazardous materials defined by fire safety laws. 【Features】 ■ Chlorine, sulfur, phosphorus, and oil-free ■ Lubricating component is nano-carbon, not oil ■ Processing performance equivalent to oil-based press oils ■ Excellent washability, which can be expected to reduce defect rates in subsequent processes ■ High cooling properties, which can also be expected to improve productivity *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
